About Continuum:

Continuum Healthcare, LLC is based in Nashville, TN with operations in Florida, Tennessee, and Texas. Continuum was formed in 2004 by a group of seasoned healthcare executives. Continuum's development strategy is to own or manage a behavioral health network that is composed of acute psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment facilities, partial hospitalization programs, intensive out patient programs, out patient programs, and home health (behavioral & medical). Continuum is active in the acquisition of existing facilities and the development of new provider components.
