Frank Blair - Chief Financial Officer

Frank Blair currently serves as Continuum’s CFO and previously served Continuum as Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr. Blair worked in Corporate Communications at Hospital Corporation of America where he identified areas of savings across the marketing functions at the individual facilities and assisted in the implementation and roll out of these new tools. Mr. Blair has worked in Contracting and Provider Relations at Humana, Inc. and served as Operations Analyst at Symbion, Inc., a company that operates a nationwide network of surgery centers that provide services across many specialties. Mr. Blair received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

David Edson - Executive Vice President of Development

Mr. Edson serves as Continuum’s Executive Vice President of Development. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr. Edson was Chief Development Officer for Arbor Health Systems and Willough Healthcare Systems. Mr. Edson has previously served as Vice President of Operations for Advanced Health Systems and as an administrator for a Miami-area hospital owned by Hospital Corporation of America. Mr. Edson has also served as Director of Admissions for Regent University and as Director of Human Resources for Blue Cross of Florida. Mr. Edson received a B.A. in History and German Literature from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida. 

Jeff Parsons - Senior Vice President of Operations

Jeff Parsons serves as Continuum’s Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr. Parsons was Security Coordinator for Kellogg, Brown and Root in Mosul, Iraq. Before joining Kellogg, Mr. Parsons was Executive Vice President at Paragon Youth and Family Services. Mr. Parsons served in numerous capacities, including CEO, for Youth Services International, Inc. until it was acquired by Correction Services Corporation. Mr. Parsons was a founding member of and served as President of Community Corrections, Inc. and has served in various capacities in law enforcement, including as Chief Probation Officer of Medina and Bandera counties in Texas. Mr. Parsons received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Southwest Texas State University. 

David Lampley - Chief Compliance Officer / Privacy and Security Officer

David Lampley serves as Continuum’s Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy and Security Officer. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr. Lampley was Compliance officer for Diversified Specialty Institute, a healthcare company that owned and operated dialysis facilities and hospitals. Mr. Lampley has previously served as Compliance and Risk Management/Privacy Officer for the National Renal Alliance, an owner and operator of dialysis clinics. Prior to his work with the National Renal Alliance, Mr. Lampley worked for the Hospital Authority of Nashville, a government entity that owns Nashville General Hospital, Bordeaux Long Term Care and J,B, Knowles Assisted Living. While at the Hospital Authority of Nashville, Mr. Lampley served in a number of positions, including Director of Quality/Risk Management and Compliance/Privacy Officer. Mr. Lampley received a B.A. from David Lipscomb University, a Master’s of Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, and a J.D. from Nashville School of Law. Mr. Lampley is a member of the State Bar of Tennessee. 

Roger Glass - Vice President of Operations

Roger Glass currently serves as a Vice President of Operations for Continuum. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr., Glass served as Vice President and principal of AmeriPartner, Inc., a behavioral healthcare management company with operations in several states. Mr. Glass previously served as President and Chief Operations Officer at Healthcorp, Inc., a corporation that managed home health operators as well as rural health clinics in multiple states. Mr. Glass served as Administrator and CEO of both North Park Hospital and Lakeview Community Hospital, at each facility he was responsible for all day to day activities of the Hospitals and all affiliated services. Mr. Glass has also previously served in a number of capacities for Hutcheson Medical Center, including Director of Administrative Services Night Administrator, and Registered Nurse. Mr. Glass received a B.S. in Nursing Management from Southern College and received his Associate of Science in Nursing from Dalton College.

Steve Houseworth, Ph.D. - Vice President of Clinical Services

Dr. Houseworth currently serves as Continuum’s Vice President of Clinical Services. He started with Continuum Healthcare as a social worker in home health and has been the administrator for the CMHCs in Houston and Baytown, Texas.  He also maintains a private practice providing forensic psychotherapy and assessment; individual and family psychotherapy services.  Dr. Houseworth has worked in home and community services as a social worker and family therapist since 1997 to 2004 with DePelchin Children’s Center (Houston, Texas).  Additionally, Dr. Houseworth  He has worked  with children in residential treatment (RTC) and CPS emergency shelters; worked as a research psychology associate on pharmaceutical studies and has done consulting and contract work for skilled nursing facilities.   He is an Adjunct Professor with Concordia University where he teaches psychology and sociology.  He has been professionally published based on original research related to aging family systems in transition. 

Brian Goza - Director of Information Services and Technology

Mr. Goza currently serves as Continuum’s Director of Information Services and Technology. Prior to joining Continuum, Mr. Goza worked as a Senior Software Consultant for Cannon Wright Blount, where he was tasked with troubleshooting basic and advanced problems with accounting solutions and other applications that may have a negative impact on software, and he assisted clients with new technologies to grow and develop their business. Prior to his work with Cannon Wright Blount, Mr. Goza served as Network Engineer for Physiotherapy Associates where he converted 430 clinics around the United States from frame relay to DSL or Cable through a secure virtual private network, upgraded global connection from a T1 to a DS3 by implementing a second concentrator and running in parallel, and set up a network monitor to easily track and identify network bottlenecks and service interruption. Mr. Goza received an Associate of Applied Science (EET) from ITT Technical Institute and is certified in A+, N+, CCNA, and is a Sage Certified Consultant.
