As you may know, Advocare issued a press release saying that effective June 24, 2019, it switched to a new medical records vendor and service provider. Continuum Health, the outgoing vendor, continues to make accommodations to ensure that ALL Advocare Care Centers which were on the system prior to the switch have access to historical patient medical records, despite continuing issues at Advocare, and Continuum’s ongoing efforts to resolve them. Patients looking to get their historical medical records can call their Advocare Care Center to access the information. If they are having trouble, they can call Advocare’s corporate offices.
