As Continuum’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Saukaitis applies his formidable leadership, analytic, strategic planning and process management skills to drive operational excellence across the entire organization. In addition, Mr. Saukaitis works closely with Continuum’s business line and implementation leaders to enhance the company’s enterprise implementation process aimed at creating an outstanding customer experience, and has been instrumental in the successful launch of Consensus Health, a high-performance medical group and MSO for New Jersey’s independent physicians. In less than a year, Consensus Health has exceeded original growth projections and has rapidly expanded throughout the state. Awarded for exceptional performance as a leader of large global teams, Mr. Saukaitis has over 15 years of experience in developing solutions that deliver high-yield organizational outcomes.

Before joining Continuum, Mr. Saukaitis served as Vice President of Global Professional Services for LabVantage Solutions, an industry leading global enterprise software and services firm. During his tenure, Mr. Saukaitis helped develop global teams, drive growth and strengthen operating income. Prior to LabVantage, Mr. Saukaitis spent 16 years with Siemens Healthcare, where he held various leadership positions in global operations, professional services, program management, customer service and consulting. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Saukaitis has gained extensive experience in turnaround strategy, business model innovation, revenue generation and process improvement.

Mr. Saukaitis earned a bachelor’s degree with distinction from Penn State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Villanova University.
