As SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Susan Woolley provides strategic and transformational leadership in the area of company culture, talent management, leadership development and organizational health for Continuum Health and Consensus Health, a high-performance medical group and MSO for New Jersey’s independent physicians. In less than a year, Consensus Health has exceeded original growth projections and has rapidly expanded throughout the state. Ms. Woolley oversees a team of experts in employee relations, employee benefits, compliance, salary administration, learning and development, and safety to provide a comprehensive human resource function.

Prior to her role at Continuum Health, Ms. Woolley served as VP/Chief Human Resources Officer for the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society where she built a strong employee-centric culture, led several transformational initiatives and established new platforms and processes to improve the employee experience and create greater efficiencies.  She has provided HR leadership within the hospitality industry, including Loews Corporation, where she built an exceptional service culture, implemented system designs and improvements, and served as the key HR business partner for the organization’s leadership. Earlier in her career, Ms. Woolley served as Director of Human Resources within the healthcare space, specifically for long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation providers.

She has a strong passion for learning, is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Tri-State Human Resources Management Group and served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Ms. Woolley received her B.A. in Communication from Western Maryland College, has completed graduate courses at Johns Hopkins University, and participates regularly in ongoing professional development and certifications.
